He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clark and Generosa Clark (Mattingly); his siblings, Charlie, James, Nick Clark, Lucille Nicholson and Loretta Kemmerzell; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Clark and Charlie Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Juanita Clark (Sheeley); his children, John (Hyon), Gary (Donna) and Joyce Clark; his grandson Scott Alexander Clark; his siblings, Joe Clark (Betty), Marion Clark and Alberta Moore; and his sister-in-law Lorene Claggett.
