He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Johnston; his daughters, Carrie Woods (Cody) of Shelbyville, Rebecca Yates (Jeffery) of Springfield, Heather Meckisis of Louisville and Jennifer Lundy of Louisville; his stepson Kyle Williams (Christine) of Louisville; and his siblings, Kevin Meckisis and Debbie Hurst (Glen) of Brooks. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
