He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Oral Mae Chism (Tingle); his wife Mary Elizabeth Chism; and his grandson Reggie Allen Dunn, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ann Jines (Ricki) and Fred John Chism (Keshia); his granddaughter Lauren Bailey (Damon); and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Reggie Jr., Killian and Sebastian.
