He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shaw and Naomi "Bea" Shaw; and his siblings, Jim Shaw, Michael Shaw and Margaret Shaw.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Rafalski (Bruce) of South Bend, Stacy Randall (Aaron) of Westfield, Amanda of Louisville and Jessica Shaw of Louisville; his stepson Shannon Rogers of Hardinsburg; and his friend Mychall Smith. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
