He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred (Poynter) and John Crumbacker, Sr.; and his wife Wanda Lee Crumbacker. He is survived by: his children, Craig Crumbacker (Jennifer) and Michelle Dalton (David); his grandchildren, Jason, Lauren, Dylan, Justin, Ashley, Taylor and Levi; his great grandchildren, Logan, Eliana, Lilly and Andy; his sister Joyce Compton; and his brother-in-law Thomas Price. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
