She was predeceased by: her husband John Lawrence; her father James Wilkerson Jones; her son John Lawrence Sturgeon, Jr.; and her grandson Justin Allen Cantrell. She is survived by: her children, Linda Mae Tazelaar of Mount Washington, KY, Vanessa Rose Pierani (David) of Mount Washington, KY, James Allen Sturgeon (Joyce) of Brooks, KY and Christy Porter (Noah) of Hardyville, KY; and her daughter-in-law Joanne Sturgeon of Shepherdsville, KY.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
