He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Joseph and Hattie Baker Joseph; his wife Lola; his daughters, Kathy Williams and Betty Taylor; his siblings, Mallie Chasteen, Arnold Joseph and Johnny Joseph; and his sons-in-law, Kevin Ferrell and William Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Ferrell of Louisville, KY, Vickie Blain (Paul) of Shepherdsville, KY and Juanita Johnson of Bardstown, KY; his siblings, Christine Freeman of Trotwood, OH, Maggie Lewis of Paris, KY, Nancy Thompson of Dryden, VA, George Joseph of London, KY and Gary Joseph of Harlan, KY; and his sons-in-law, Wayne Taylor and Jerry Williams. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; three grandchildren.
