He is survived by: his husband Jacob Ryan Hansen; his parents, Jesse Clardy and Christy Johns; his siblings, Elizabeth Clardy, Josh Raney (Brandon Clardy), David Lee Johns, III (Jacob) and Dylan Johns; and his grandparents, Jesse, Sandy Clardy, Fannie, Norman Philpot and Mary Jo Johns.
