She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Sumner and Cecil Wester; and her siblings, Charles and Shirley. She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Hayes (Troy) of Hillview and Phillip Harlan; her grandchildren, Cierra Hayes (Nate), Taylor Wooley (Connor) and Nicholas Hayes; her great grandchildren, Brayden Hayes, Conner Hayes, Noah Corley, Brody Berry and Piper Wooley; and her siblings, Austin of JoAnne, J. E. and Phyllis. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
