He is survived by: his wife Melinda "Mendy" Hodge; his children, Cara Franko, Michael of Radcliff, Corey Graham (Alex) of St. Louis, MO, James Zachary Hodge of Shepherdsville, Alison Hodge of Shepherdsville and William Prater (Nicole) of Radcliff; his parents, Alice Lavely and Gary Lavely of Shepherdsville; his siblings, Kerry Graham of Shepherdsville, Eric Mattingly (Emily) of Radcliff and Bryan Golder (Marcia) of Radcliff; and his grandchildren, Holliston Franko, Micah Franko, London Franko, Emmi Franko, Alaynah Hodge, Jamison Hodge, Colden Franko, Michael Prater, Kayla Prater, Ely Prater, Zack Bott, Landon Prater, Tessa Prater, Gabe Hamilton and Kailer Lampkin. He is also survived by family members and friends.
