He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma Blair; his parent John Blair of Alice Watson; his children, Kenneth Blair, Gary Blair and Linda Howard; and his siblings, Joe Watson of Humphrey Blair, Dot Mattingly, Alberta Nalley and Joyce Gunter.
He is survived by: his children, James David Blair (Gayle), Cathy Menifee, Sue Ellen Fleener and Danny Blair (Melissa); and his brother John Blair. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
