He was predeceased by: his father Charles A. Morgan; and his siblings, Joseph Morgan, Victor Morgan and Vivian Higgins. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Frank Morgan; his sons, David Morgan (Lisa), Mark Morgan and Brent Morgan (Jessica); his grandchildren, Noah, Fiona and Tatum; and his siblings-in-law, Naomi Morgan, Arthur J. Frank (Diana) and Richard L. Frank (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
