He is survived by: his husband Shane Reed; his children, Brittany Brooks (Stephen Evans), Maranda Brooks, Shyann Clennon and Micheal Brooks; and his sisters, Melissa Eisenbeis (Larry) and Annetta Greenwell (Joe). He is also survived by his fur-baby, T-Bone and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
