T. Perkins of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Jenny Samuels, Nichole Green, Justin Perkins, Sarah, Melissa, Kobe, Keely, Mazlen, Della, Cameron, Jayden, Amara, Paige, Lyndsey, Joycie and Norah.
