He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Earsel and Evelyn Essie May (Ball); his son Scott Anthony May; and his sister Lillian Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Francis May (Osborne); his son Doug May of Shepherdsville, KY.; and his siblings, Arnold of Raccoon, KY., Robert "Bob" of Raccoon, KY., Virgil "Randy" May of Raccoon, KY., Shirley West of Raccoon, KY. and Mary May of Raccoon, KY.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
