She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cody Smith (Renee) and Kelli Hurley (Jerry); her great grandchildren, Gracee Hurley and Grant Hurley; her daughter-in-law Betty Shofner (David); her brother David Lanham; her niece Debbie Lewis; her great-niece Connie Dunscombe; and her friend Jana Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
