He is survived by: his great grandchild Sally Marie; his son Lee Curtsinger (Jennifer) of Shepherdsville; his brothers, Jerry Curtsinger (Flora) of Shepherdsville and Donnie Curtsinger of Louisville; his grandchildren, Ashley Newton (Dustin) of Bardstown, Brandon Curtsinger of Shepherdsville, Brenda Orr of Louisville and Missy Orr of Louisville; and his great grandchild Sally Marie Newton of Bardstown.
