He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Hilbert and Lula Hilbert; and his siblings, J. T., Bobby, Ray, Edward Hilbert, Pearl Armstrong, Marie Woodrich, Clara Evelyn Rhodes, Sue Ann Hilbert and Linda Smithers.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Taylor Hilbert; his sons, Edward and Jeffrey Hilbert (Karen); his brother David Hilbert (Beth); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Andrew Hilbert and Brandy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.
