We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2018, at the age of 87, Hayward E Prewitt (Shepherdsville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Prewitt; his stepson Allen Milam; and his son-in-law Ronnie Embry. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Prewitt (Julie), Mike Prewitt, Scott Prewitt, Sharon Prewitt, Bonnie Embry, Eugene Prewitt, Patricia Gaddis and Michael Milam (Gloria). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; his bingo Family; and a host of other family and friends.
