He was predeceased by: his parents, Stonewall Keith and Elizabeth Keith; and his siblings, Bennie Keith and J. H. Keith. He is survived by: his daughter Connie Rene Hawkins of Louisville; his siblings, Doris Mullins (Merle) of Brooks, Dell Keith of Shepherdsville and David Keith (Cheryl) of Shepherdsville; and his grandchildren, Bryan, Sam, Renea, Alexis and Tyler. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
