He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Joseph Morgan and Doris Rogers Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Janet Morgan (Brown) of Shepherdsville; his children, Tiffiney "T. J." Bice of Hillview, Troy Morgan (Kim) of Hodgenville and Cynthia "Cindy" Rheaume (Tony) of Shepherdsville; his sisters, Valerie Moore (Danny) and Gail Brown (Billy) of Shepherdsville; his grandchildren, Kristen Cole, Cheyenne Jarvis, Dakota Rheaume, Cassidy Morgan, Landon Bice, Kylie Bice, Cameron Jones and Lanina Jones; and his great grandchildren, Serenity Wright, Isaiah Jarvis, Bayleigh Perkins, Jaxson Jarvis and Everlea Jaroche.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Maraman Billings Funeral Home (605 Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
