He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Sharpe and Roberta Sharpe. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Louise Sharpe; his siblings, Joe Sharpe, Barbara Jean Wood, John Sharpe (April) and W. C. "Will" Sharpe (Betty); and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Olivia, Thomas, Jennifer, Michelle, Christy, Amanda, Kim, Krystle, Billy, Savanna, Pomeranian and Cybil.
