He is survived by: his wife Anna Smith (Hoke); his children, Emmalyn McKinney and Dawson Smith; his granddaughter Reagan Pierce; his mother Beverly Wakefield (Walter); his half-sister Sarah Smith (James); his mother-in-law Anna Hoke; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Hoke, Jerry Hoke (Darla), Ryland Hoke Jr. (Kelly), Jamie Marshall (Barney), Donna Spalding (Charles) and Dinah Hoke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
