He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Martin Jenkins; his children, Michael Jenkins, Debra Sarafin, Craig Duncan, Kimberly Holsclaw, Keith Jenkins and Andria Hofmann; and his sisters, Marilyn Smith, Linda Lambdin and Janet Young. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
