He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sparks and Bessie Sparks; and his siblings, Frank Sparks and Loma VanMeter. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Sparks; his children, Neil Sparks (Tiffani) and Vikki Sparks; his sister Judy Annibal (Junior); and his grandchildren, Marilyn Sparks, Lydia Bailey, DayLyn Branum and Neivaiah Branum.
