He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred H. Paul, Sr. and Helen "Snawder" Paul; his son John R. Paul; and his siblings, Walter H. Paul and Sharon Chiquito.

He is survived by: his children, Terri Horne (Donald), Angela Paul Hinson and Fred H. Paul III; his stepsons, Gary Wiehebrink, Jr. (Missi), Chris Wiehebrink (Shanon) and Justin Wiehebrink (April); his friend Trudy Blevins-Paul; and his grandson Christopher. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten greatgrandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and other dear family and friends.
