It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ervin Lee Puckett of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Puckett and Ethel Puckett (Florence); and his siblings, Johnny, David, James, Charlie and Frankie.

He is survived by: his sister Ann Thurman; his grandchildren, Tori, Hunter, Austin, Tyler, Dylan (Chasity), Destiney and Morgan; and his nieces and nephews, Tanya, Amanda, Cheryl, Regina, Buck and Charles Allen.
