He is survived by: his wife Lucy Hawkins; his parents, Edward E. Hawkins and Pamela Hawkins; his sister Amanda Hawkins Lazenby; his uncles, Lee Sublett (Linda) and Peter Vogel; and his cousins, Paul Burton, Jessica, Steven and Alex Sublett.
