He is survived by: his wife Yvonda Rash; his daughters, Tashia McDonald (Patrick), Tiffany Moore (Jesse) and Tabitha Smothers (Scotty); his grandchildren, Jeremiah McDonald, David, Lilly Moore, Asa, Alayna and Alec Smothers; his siblings, Joe Rash (Nancy) and Jacque Hauenstein; and his sister-in-law Betty Rash. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
