He is survived by: his wife Sherri Rumsey; his children, Isaiah Rumsey (Amberly), Charity Stucker (David), Elisha Rumsey (Jessica), Jeremiah Rumsey, Zechariah Rumsey (Nicole) and Grace Rumsey (Trevor); his mother Alma Rumsey; and his brother Andy Rumsey Jr.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
