He is survived by: his wife LaDonne Arnold Cooney; his children, Nathan Cooney (Rebecca) of Shepherdsville, Eric Cooney of Shepherdsville, Ashley Cooney of Shepherdsville, Malakai Cooney of Shepherdsville, Ariel Cooney of Shepherdsville and Mariah Cooney of Shepherdsville; his siblings, Sue Black (Dwight) of Ohio, Lisa Beard (Mike) of Louisville and John Cooney (Melinda) of Louisville; his granddaughters, Lilly, Elizabeth and Emma; and his father-in-law Carroll Arnold. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, additional family members and friends.
