She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Earl Cissell Sr. and Thelma Louise Cissell (Murphy); her husband Ronald Sinclair; her children, Rita Renee Vincent and Fred McCarter; her siblings, Chuck Cissell, Janice Cissell and Steven Cissell; and her grandson Travis Vincent.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Casey Partridge (Kevin), K. J. McCarter (Alexandra) and Cole McCarter (Kylie); her great grandchildren, Rowan Partridge, Della Partridge, Sylvi Partridge and Margo Partridge; and her siblings, Jimmy Cissell (Bonnie), Kay Davidson, Paula Flarity (Jim), Tommy Cissell (Benita), Toni Cissell, Paul Cissell (Carla) and Greg Cissell (Susan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
