He is survived by: his parents, LaVerne Fratus and Ann Smelser Fratus; his stepson Michael Hilton; his brother Barry Fratus; his wife Sandra Gail Fratus; his daughter Chelsey Howard (Luke); his stepdaughter Casey Hilton-Etherton; his grandchildren, Kadyn Hilton, Adler Howard, Ariella Howard and Abby Howard; and his siblings, Randy Fratus (Laura) of Fairview Heights, IL, Rena Moore (Wally) of Lake City, FL, Megan Bruce (Jason) of Middleburg, FL and Beth Fisher (Christopher) of Warsaw, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
