He is survived by: his wife Christine Pitts Chumbley; his son Brad Chumbley (Katie); his grandchildren, Ainsley, Amelia and Jack; his sister Carolyn Dixon; his nephew Tommy Chumbley (Angela); his great-niece Olivia; his great-nephews, Adam, Paul and James; and also Scottie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
