He is survived by: his wife Creasy Caulk Myers; his son Bradley Myers (Katie); his stepchildren, Debbie Pendleton (Robert) and David Conn (Tiffany); his brothers, Mark Anthony Myers (Teresa) and Jeffrey Lee Myers; and his brother-in-law Dale Forrest. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great grandchild.
