He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Lewis of Shepherdsville; his children, Ashley Fleener (Gary) of Hillview, Brian Lewis (Jennifer) of Louisville, Kari Mingus (Derek) of Mount Washington, Justin "Punk" Noe of Shepherdsville and Maliyah Lewis of Shepherdsville; his siblings, Spring Sutton, Cindy Dodd, Penny Caveness, Cathy Delp and Scott Lewis; his grandchildren, Andrew Gruber, Devin Lewis, Chance Mingus, Landon Bennett, Mackenzie Mingus, Kayden Lewis, Rayland Bennett, Maliyah Lewis and Jace Lewis; and his pets, Diesel and Rosie.
