He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendon Marshall and Lucille Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Doris Baxter; his children, James David Baxter (Becky) of San Antonio, TX, Glen Baxter (Christy) of Shepherdsville, Janice Baxter of Shepherdsville, Johnny Baxter (Bobbi) of Shepherdsville, Troy McNutt of Shepherdsville and LeAnn Young of Shepherdsville; and his siblings, Lloyd Baxter of Zion, KY, Rick Baxter of Newburg, IN and Barbara Whitman of Niagara, KY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
