He is survived by: his mother Shirl Kelly (Darrell) of Clinton, KY; his friend Busch; his wife Sandy Smith (Burba); his sons, Shane Smith (Morgan) and Garrett Smith; his grandchildren, Owen and Parker Smith; and his siblings, Melinda Smith, Kathy Pessefall (Kelly), Tracy Jackson, Mark Smith and Bobby Busby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
