He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith; his children, Tracy Bertram (Paul) and Dannie Dale Smith, Jr. (Caroline); his grandchildren, Amber Jones (Terry), Brittany Clarkson (Nathan), Jenna Villalba, Tyler Johnson (Alexa), Becca Cook (Chaz), Daylen Johnson and Landan Smith; his great grandchildren, Addyson, Kohben, Kinleigh, Kennedy and Vickie; his sisters, Kathy Gray (Freddy) and Pam Sheckles (Mike); his pet Lulu; and his cousin Ronnie Salmon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces.
