He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Franklin and Hilda Franklin; and his brother-in-law Robert Vest. He is survived by: his daughter Abby Haulk (Rusty); his wife Denise Manley Franklin; his grandsons, Eli and Houston; and his siblings, Tina Vest and James Franklin (Penny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and a vast extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Maraman Billings Funeral Home (605 Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calendar Highland Memory Gardens (279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047).
