He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lee Shepherd and Edna Heffley-Ashby; his wife Shirley Ann Shepherd; his children, Shirley Heath, Danny Shepherd, Rosemary Shepherd and Billy Shepherd; his granddaughters, Charlotte Trodden, Rhonda Shepherd and Amanda DeLano; his great grandchild Chloe DeLano; and his brother Leroy Shepherd.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Cole (Dennis), Peggy Kyle (Hugh), Mary Boland, Margie Oliver (Bill) and Connie Herrell; his stepchildren, Jacqueline Crouch, Terry Hackel (Sandy), Chrissy Hackel and Timmy Hackel (Jennifer); his siblings, Tommy McDaniel (Judy) and Maxine Edwards; and his pet Penny. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 69 great- grandchildren; 10 great- great grandchildren.
