He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Frankie Kopple; and his siblings, Edward Kopple, Joseph Kopple, Douglas Kopple and Maela Sue Kuhn.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kopple; his children, Shaun Kopple (Kathy) and Stephany Hampton (Christopher Mockus); his grandchildren, Kirsten Reynolds (Nick) and Logan Hampton; and his brother Richard Kopple (Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
