He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Perkins; and his brother Danny Perkins. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Perkins (Gawanda) and Travis Perkins (Elizabeth); his father Charles Robert Perkins Sr.; his sisters, Cheryl Perkins, Debbie Raymer (Tim) and Barbara Dixon (Brian); his sister-in-law Diana Perkins; his grandsons, Oliver Perkins and Kenneth; and his nieces and nephews, Timothy, Aaron Raymer, Jessyca, Davyd Hall, Logan Dixon and Daniel Perkins Jr.. He is also survived by family members and friends.
