With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Loyd Doan (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 20, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Dean Doan; and his siblings, Kenneth Doan, Ronnie Doan, Stanley Doan and Helen Siers.

He is survived by: his sons, Greg Doan (Sheila) of Shepherdsville and Donnie Doan (Debbie) of Bardstown; and his brothers, Jimmy Doan of North Carolina and Bill Doan (Corine) of Louisville. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
