He is survived by: his children, Kelly Tidwell (Jeff Campbell), Terry Simons (Stacy) and Gary Samuels (Kara); his siblings, Floyd Spurling, Terry Simons and Helen Wildes (Richard); and also Patti Payton (Terry). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
