It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Darrell Williams of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillard Williams and Rhea Williams; and his siblings, Winford Williams, Royce Williams and Odeline Vanmeter.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Williams; his daughter Alicia Farley (Bill); his stepsons, Travis Pottinger (Theresa) and Todd Pottinger (Samantha); his siblings, Bryan Williams (Jeannie), Denny Williams (Marcella), Jenny McKinney and Sue Embry; his granddaughters, Kerry (Jimmy) and Kamri Farley; his stepgrandchildren, Kristen Gaines (Scott), Travis-Cody, Christopher, William and Samuel Pottinger; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Braylon, Lillie and Benny Gaines. He is also survived by family members and countless friends.
