He was predeceased by: his wife Kimberley Cook; and his parents, Martin Cook and Renah Cook. He is survived by: his children, Misty Senn (Milt), Bobby Jarrett (Shannon), Josh Jarrett (Lynn) and Nick Jarrett (Ashley); his siblings, Twiala Sanders (Cheri), Roger Cook and Mike Cook (Mary); and his aunt Betty Burton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
