He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dallien Balke; his daughters, Kenetha Douglas and Zenda Stephenson (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Camille Davis, Kassie Hermann (Cris) and Tabitha Rutherford (Tylor); and his great grandchildren, Karlee Hermann, Greyson Hermann, Aspyn Hermann, Layla Rutherford, Hailey Rutherford and Colton Rutherford. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
