He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverand Clarence Meredith and Janie Turley Meredith; his brother David Meredith; and his brother-in-law Larry Sheilds. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Smith Meredith (Jenny); and his children, Jana Pruitt (Glenn) and Jason Meredith (Kara).
