She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Oscar Hagan and Mary Florence Hagan (Peake); her husband Alvin Jerome Leak; and her siblings, Joe Carl Hagan, Joseph Bernard Hagan, Thomas Wesley Hagan, Joseph William Hagan, Leslie Hagan, Anna Mae Hagan, Mary Mildred Riggs and Mary Nancy Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Leak (Candy), Sandy Clark and Cathy Gardner (Brian). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild on the way; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.
